These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and nebaji ("nebaji", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling platform accessible at nebaji.net. By registering an account, accessing the platform, making a deposit, or placing any wager on nebaji, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the nebaji platform in any capacity. Access to nebaji is a privilege, not a right, and we reserve the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or terminate access at our sole discretion where we have reasonable grounds to do so in accordance with these Terms.

nebaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. Amendments take effect from the date of publication on this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed and governed in accordance with their English language meaning. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in the event of any conflict or ambiguity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and nebaji. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms take precedence unless the Privacy Policy expressly states otherwise in relation to data-handling matters.

Use of the nebaji platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. nebaji applies a strict 18+ age policy across all products and services. Players under the age of 18 are absolutely prohibited from registering, depositing, or wagering on nebaji under any circumstances.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by nebaji or any affiliated responsible gambling programme.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of a third party, syndicate, or commercial operation.
• You must not have had a previous nebaji account that was closed, suspended, or terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must be accessing the platform using funds that are legitimately yours and that are not derived from any unlawful activity.

By registering an account on nebaji, you warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and not misleading. Providing false eligibility information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

nebaji operates exclusively for the Bangladesh market and is designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. If you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, you do so at your own legal risk. nebaji does not accept liability for any legal consequences arising from access by players in restricted jurisdictions.

To access the full functionality of nebaji — including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one registered account on the nebaji platform. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. This information must match the identity documents you provide during KYC verification. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

nebaji applies Know Your Customer procedures in accordance with standard responsible gambling and anti-money laundering practices. KYC verification may be requested at any of the following stages:

• Prior to processing a first withdrawal
• When cumulative deposits exceed certain thresholds
• When account activity triggers automated risk monitoring alerts
• At any time at nebaji's discretion as part of routine compliance checks

Accepted KYC documents typically include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence for identity verification, and a recent bKash, Nagad, or bank statement for address and payment verification. Documents must be clear, legible, and unexpired. nebaji reserves the right to request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. nebaji will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any communication channel. You must notify nebaji immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. Any activity conducted through your account prior to notification of a security breach is your responsibility unless it can be demonstrated that the breach was caused by a failure of nebaji's own security systems.

All financial transactions on nebaji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). nebaji supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment methods available to your account may vary based on your location within Bangladesh and your account verification status.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your nebaji wallet within seconds of confirmation. Card deposits may take 1–5 minutes. nebaji does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and linked to your verified nebaji identity. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are not permitted and will be treated as a breach of these Terms. Any funds deposited from unverified third-party sources may be held or returned at nebaji's discretion.

Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed and no pending investigations on the account.

Withdrawal processing times shown above are estimates and apply to standard verified accounts. During periods of high transaction volume, processing times may extend. nebaji is not liable for delays attributable to your payment provider's own internal processing timelines once funds have been released from the nebaji platform.

nebaji offers bonuses and promotions to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion's description. In the event of any conflict between general bonus terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All deposit bonuses and free spin awards are subject to wagering requirements before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on nebaji deposit bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 30x requirement must generate ৳15,000 in qualifying wagers before a withdrawal can be processed.

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following contribution rates apply:

• Slots: 100% contribution
• Crash games: 100% contribution
• Live casino — baccarat, blackjack, roulette: 10% contribution
• Sports betting — pre-match (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Sports betting — live in-play: 50% contribution
• Table games (RNG versions): 20% contribution

Bonus Abuse and Prohibited Practices

nebaji actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing opposing bets (arbitrage) using bonus funds; exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment play; and coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have all associated bonuses voided, any winnings derived from abuse forfeited, and the account may be permanently closed.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses have an expiry period stated in the promotion description. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds that have not been wagered in full within 14 calendar days of being credited will expire and be removed from the account balance without notice. It is the player's responsibility to monitor their bonus expiry dates within their account.

All games offered on nebaji — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the individual game as presented within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. nebaji accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, nebaji will make reasonable efforts to determine the correct outcome based on available game logs and the certified RNG record. If the outcome cannot be determined with certainty, any wager affected by the malfunction may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. nebaji's decision on technical malfunction outcomes is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in Section 8.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nebaji platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games, place wagers, or manipulate account activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such discovery must be reported immediately to [email protected]
• Colluding with other players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or manipulation of sporting events on which wagers are placed
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds derived from any unlawful activity
• Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any support interaction
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nebaji staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players

nebaji employs sophisticated fraud detection, pattern analysis, and third-party risk tools to identify prohibited conduct. Accounts found to be in breach of these conduct rules will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be withheld pending investigation. In serious cases, nebaji reserves the right to report conduct to relevant authorities.

nebaji reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, or where account activity presents a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.

Suspension and Investigation

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified via the registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. During an active investigation, the account holder will not be able to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds. nebaji will aim to complete standard investigations within 14 business days, though complex cases involving third-party information may take longer.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your nebaji account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 24 hours. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Any active bonus balance at the time of voluntary closure will be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Closures

Players who request self-exclusion for responsible gaming reasons will have their accounts closed immediately and flagged to prevent re-registration during the self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion requests are handled with the highest priority and are irreversible for the duration of the chosen exclusion period. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nebaji's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nebaji is not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special losses, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of expected winnings. Gambling inherently involves the risk of financial loss, and by using nebaji you acknowledge and accept this risk fully and voluntarily.

Service Availability

nebaji aims to provide 24/7 platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party provider outages, or events beyond nebaji's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. nebaji is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime or connectivity issues where those issues are outside our direct control.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe that a transaction, game outcome, or account decision has been handled incorrectly, you should raise a dispute by contacting the nebaji support team in the first instance via live chat or at [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the transaction or game reference number where applicable, and a clear description of your complaint.

nebaji will acknowledge all disputes within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct support interaction, escalation to a senior complaints handler is available upon written request. nebaji's final determination on disputed game outcomes based on certified RNG records is binding.

Amendments to These Terms

nebaji reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes that affect player rights in a significant way will be communicated via a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, via the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material amendment, you must stop using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 7.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. Players who registered prior to this date and who continue to use the platform are deemed to have accepted these updated Terms.
